Delivery

PRICING POLICY

  • When no delivery time is specified upon receipt of the order, the service is due within thirty (30) days after receiving the order from Dualtron Greece, unless there is a problem with the availability of the item and this has been notified in advance to the customer making the purchase order or in case of force majeure.
  • Orders are dispatched within a working day (10:00 am - 6:00 pm) except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The listed product prices are final. (They include the applicable VAT). The online store of Duatron Greece reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • The dispatch hours are not negotiable. In case the products offered through the e-shop are shown at a different price than the posted price list due to a typographical or computer error, the company is in no way bound to deliver the order of the products.

*All orders carry shipping costs. The cost of transport does not burden the company unless an agreement has been reached with Dualtron Greece personnel.
* Order Confirmation: Each order is always followed up by e-mail and/or phone to confirm.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation of an order is accepted only if it has not yet been executed and the item has not been delivered (i.e. no shipping invoice has been issued) either by e-mail or by telephone.
  • You have the option of being informed about the course of your order, either by phone or by sending an e-mail.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • In case of unavailability of an item after an order has been placed, the company reserves the right to inform the customer for the delivery time. In this case,
  • if it is considered that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the customer, the order can be withdrawn. Any remaining order will be normally carried out.
RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

  • Receipt is made by the person mentioned in the order as the recipient with the demonstration of his identity card or passport.
ORDER DELIVERY METHOD.

  • The customer's order is sent to the address he has indicated to Dualtron Greece while placing the order, by means of Dualtron Greece’s choice.
  • The order carries shipping costs depending on volume and weight. The e-shop software calculates the shipping costs and informs the customer shortly before the order is completed.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and shipping prices at will and without prior notice.
PAYMENT METHODS

  • By Bank Deposit
  • Place your order through the site and prepay with a bank deposit.
  • Cash on delivery
  • It is possible to pay for orders upon receipt with cash only.
PRODUCTS

  • The customer is informed about the availability of the products through specific indications.
  • The online store includes products labeled either “available” or “not available”.
  • In addition, any offers that appear in the online store always apply until stocks last.
  • All customers are required to unpack and check the items and to notify the company in case of any sensory defects within 3 days. After 3 days the products are considered to have been delivered in excellent condition.
RETURNS

  • In general, product returns are accepted, however they are subject to conditions (see: Returns) and always within 15 days.
  • For product returns within the Attica region, Dualtron Greece recommends and suggests that returns be made at our store so that the customer will not be charged for return costs.
  • Furthermore, returns for SEASONAL PRODUCTS are NOT accepted under any circumstances.

Specifically:

Product returns charged to Dualtron Greece

  • Goods returned at Duatron Greece’s expense will be accepted in all cases of an incorrectly executed order or in case of delivery of an item other than the one ordered (by type or quantity) or if the item has a totally or partially damaged packaging or if it is found to be defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the product or request its return with the consent of Dualtron Greece. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received by the customer. In the event that they are not returned at the time agreed upon with Dualtron Greece, the Online Store is entitled not to accept the refund and therefore to refuse the replacement. In all cases, the product intended for replacement must be returned along with all original documents accompanying it (e.g. shipping invoice, retail receipt and so on) as well as its full packaging. Goods returned at Duatron Greece’s expense will take place either by Duatron Greece's personnel and transport means, or by courier, and not in any of the physical stores under the brand name "Duatron Greece" nationwide. In case of return of the products and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by Duatron Greece, the return of the money to the customer will be effected by canceling the credit card billing, which will be performed by Duatron Greece.
  • In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the e-shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products. The e-shop may also unilaterally and unconditionally offset partially or in total its claim to the customer.

Return of products which are considered defective upon delivery, at Duatron Greece’s expense.

  • If a product is defective upon delivery, the return of this product will be charged to Duatron Greece.
  • In this case, the return of the defective product can be made either by the customer himself at any store owned by Duatron Greece under the trademark "Dualtron Greece" nationwide or by sending it by means of Duatron Greece’s sole choice and expense, after agreement between the customer and Duatron Greece personnel.
  • The return of products that are considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within three (3) calendar days of delivery to the customer.
  • At the same time, the product should not be damaged and have all the original documents accompanying it (e.g. shipping invoice, retail receipt and so on) as well as its full packaging.

Return of products at customer’s expense

  • Return of products at customer’s expense can be made in cases where the customer for any reason other than the above has changed his mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product unless the withdrawal period mentioned below has expired. The return of the products can be done either by the customer himself at any store owned by Duatron Greece under the trademark "Duatron Greece" nationwide or by sending them at his expense after agreement between himself and Duatron Greece personnel. In both cases mentioned above, the product must be returned in excellent condition along with all original documents accompanying it (e.g. shipping invoice, retail receipt and so on) as well as its full packaging.

  • In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the e-shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products. The e-shop may also unilaterally and unconditionally offset partially or in total its claim to the customer.
Withdrawal
    • The buyer is entitled to cancel the goods without reason within five (5) business days from the date of delivery and receipt of the products sold, returning the goods in their original condition, with all their parts, the accompanying forms and their packaging in excellent condition.
    • Return of the item is accepted only if the customer has first paid out in full all shipping and return costs paid for by the company.

Defects / deficiencies of agreed properties

    • In order to deal with defects or deficiencies of agreed properties on the sold item, the provisions of the Civil Code apply. In order for an agreed property to be considered as such, it must be certified in writing by both parties.

    • Note that the consumable items (e.g. pads, disc pads, etc.) are NOT warranted.
